摘　　要：在中古晚期英格兰王室财政收入中,国王享有征收权和支配权的王室正常收入呈下降趋势;而经代议机构同意、向全体臣民征收的税收却呈增长趋势。王室财政收入的这一变化,使国王在财政上对议会的依赖逐渐加强,对英格兰议会的发展产生了深远影响。During the late Middle Ages, the change in England＇ s finance structure that the king＇ s ordinary revenue was declining while the taxes revenue ratified by the Parliament was on the increase deepened the king＇s financial reliance on the Parliament and thus had a great effect on the development of England＇ s Parliament.
