摘  要:在聚酯合成过程中,引入第三单体间苯二甲酸二甲酯磺酸钠和第四单体聚乙二醇,以实现改性涤纶在常压下的阳离子染料染色。试验考察了不同聚合单体含量对改性涤纶的玻璃化转变温度,及其与腈纶共混纤维一浴法染色性能的影响。结果表明,第四单体含量增加,改性涤纶玻璃化温度下降,有利于降低染色温度;常压阳离子染料可染涤纶ECDP-1和ECDP-2在100℃下染色,上染率90%以上;ECDP-1与腈纶共混纤维一浴法染色,上染率相近,腈纶的K/S值与其单独染色时相近;ECDP-2与腈纶共混纤维一浴法染色时,随染料用量提高,腈纶K/S值有所提高,ΔE减小,较适合染深色。Cationic dyeing of modified PET at atmosphere can be carried out by introducing the third monomer (sodium dimethyl isophthalate-5-sulfonate) and the fourth monomer (polyethylene glycol) to PET molecular chains. Effects of monomer dosage on the glass transition temperature of modified PET, and their dyeing properties with acrylic fiber in one bath were investigated. Results showed that the glass transition temperature of modified PET dropped when the dosage of the fourth monomer increased, which availed to lower dyeing temperature. In addition, two modified PET fibers named ECDP-1 and ECDP-2 had good dyeing properties at 100℃ using cationic dyes, and their dye uptake could reach over 90%. ECDP-1 and acrylic fiber could get similar dye uptake in one-bath, K/S value of acrylic fiber was close to that of single dyeing. When ECDP-2 and acrylic were dyed in one bath, with the increase in the concentration of dyestuff, K/S value of acrylic fiber rose, while the △E decreased. Therefore, one-bath dyeing was more suitable for ECDP-2 and acrylic fiber in deep color.
