摘 要:采用空气等离子体低压辉光放电处理,对芳纶纤维表面进行改性,然后进行涂料印花。试验发现,等离子体处理后芳纶纱线的拉伸强力略有增加,对亚甲基蓝阳离子染料的吸附量增加。芳纶织物经涂料印花后,干、湿摩擦牢度及耐刷洗牢度均有提高。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察处理前后的纤维表面形态,发现经等离子体处理后纤维有明显刻蚀现象。利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析等离子体处理前后的纤维表面元素组成,发现空气等离子体处理后在纱线的表面引入—COOH基团,含氧基团总量增加了44.24%。Aramid yarns were modified by glow discharge plasma followed by pigment printing. Tensile strength of the aramid yarns, color fastness to rubbing and wet scrubbing, and the adsorption to methylene blue were all increased. The SEM ( scanning electron microscope) results indicated that the yarn surface was obviously etched. The chemical composition of the yarn surface was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). Results showed that -COOH group was introduced into yarn surface. Total amount of oxygen-containing groups increased by 44.24%.
