湖南省尘肺病发病趋势分析

摘　　要：目的了解湖南省尘肺病历年发病情况,为制定尘肺防治决策提供科学依据。方法将全省尘肺病例信息转换成Excel数据进行综合分析,分别统计历年新发、现患、死亡同比增长及环比增长情况。结果以50年代的尘肺病例为基数,至2008年底,全省新发尘肺病例55 071例,同比增长38.34倍,同比增长最高是80年代(12.79倍),增长最低是60年代(4.76倍);累计死亡病例12 968例,同比减少115.76倍,死亡同比减少最高是90年代(36.88倍),同比减少最少是60年代(8.09倍)。尘肺累计病例56 546例,环比增长最高是60年代(82.63%),最低是90年代(15.45%);尘肺现患病例43 465例,环比增长最高是60年代(81.75%),增长最低是90年代(8.47%)。结论湖南省尘肺病发病形势严峻,需重点抓好尘肺病高发地区的防治工作,可有效减低职业病发病率。Objective To study the incidence trends on pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province during the last 60 years, and to provide the scientific evidence for making the strategy of pneumoconiosis prevention and treatment. Methods All the pneumoconiosis data in Hunan Province were analyzed by Microsoft Excel, and the year- on- year increase, link relative ratio of incident cases, prevalent cases, death cases were calculated. Results Based on the pneumoconiosis cases in the 50＇ s, there were 55,071 incident cases by the end of 2008, with a year - on - year increase of 38.34 times. The highest year - on- year increase was in the 80＇ s （ 12.79 times）, while the lowest was in the 60＇ s （4.76 times）. Total death cases were 12,968, with a year- on year reduction of 115.76 times. The highest year - on - year reduction was in the 90＇ s （36.88 times）, while the lowest was in the 60＇s （8.09 times）. The total pneumoconiosis cases were 56,546, the highest link relative ratio was in the 60＇ s （82.63 % ）, while the lowest link relative ratio was in the 90＇ s （15.45 % ）. The pneumoconiosis prevalent cases were 43,465, with the highest in the 60＇s （81.75 % ） and the lowest in the 90＇s （8.47 % ）. Conclusions The situation of pneumoconiosis in Hunan Province is severe, to reduce pneumoconiosis incidence effectively, more effort of pneumoconiosis prevention and control should be made in the high incidence areas.
