锻压机架的有限元计算与模型实验研究

摘　　要：本文利用有限元方法计算分析了锻压机架的结构应力，并用模型实验检验了有限元计算的正确性。结果表明：机架理论计算的危险断面与实际断裂位置完全相符合。This paper analyzes the structural stress of a forge press by finite element method, and tests and verifies its correctness by the model experiment. The result makes known that the theoretical calculation to the danger section of machine frame completely conforms to the practical rupture position. This paper can be regarded as a theoretical reference for the structure design and improvement of the forge press′ frame.
