摘 要:目的探讨深海鱼油对高血脂模型大鼠血脂的调节作用。方法采用高脂饲料喂养建立高血脂大鼠模型,以低、中、高三个剂量的深海鱼油灌胃,试验结束时测血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度胆固醇脂蛋白胆固醇。结果中、高剂量组的深海鱼油能使大鼠血清中总胆固醇明显降低;低、中、高剂量组的深海鱼油均能使大鼠血清中甘油三酯降低;对血清高密度胆固醇脂蛋白胆固醇无明显影响。结论深海鱼油具有调节血脂作用。Objective To study the effect of deep- sea fish oil on blood lipid of rat models with hyperlipidemia. Methods The rat models with hyperlipidemia were established by feeding high- fat diet. The rats of low- dose group, mod- erate- dose group, and high- dose group were intragastricly administrated with 0.33 g/kg, 0.66 g/kg, and 2.00 g/kg deep - sea fish oil, respectively. Serum total cholesterol (TO), triglyceride (TG) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- C) were measured at the end of tests. Results TO values of moderate - dose and high-- dose groups were significantly lower than that in hyperlipidemia model group; TG values of low- dose, moderate- dose, and high- dose groups were lower than that in hyperlipidemia model group; and HDL - C was not different among hyperlipidemia model group and the three dos- ages groups. Conclusion Deep- sea fish oil has the function of moderating blood lipid.
