摘  要:介绍了板坯结晶器液压振动技术的发展及国内外应用情况,液压振动的结构及其特点。介绍了液压振动在高频振动时运动平稳;高频和低频振动时波形不失真;在线可随机任意设定正弦曲线和非正弦曲线波形,并可调整振幅和频率。液压振动有着机械振动所实现不了的优越性。The development as well as the application of hydraulic oscillation technology at home and abroad is mainly described; besides, the construction and characteristics of hydraulic oscillating equipment are also discussed. It is introduced that hydraulic vibration possesses characteristics of stability at high frequency condition and distortion - free wave during high and low frequency vibration; Sine curve and non - sine curve could be set at random and vibration frequency and amplitude could be adjusted on line. The hydraulic vibration exhibits advantages which mechanical vibration could not be achieved. It is expected that the hydraulic oscillation technology can be widely applied to the oscillating
