摘  要:运用GFAAS法加基体改进技术,测定孕妇血清中钼的含量。使用热解涂层石墨管,CaF2作基体改进剂,灰化阶段增加降温程序(日立18080无光控设备)。血清用体积分数为0.3%的TritonX100(内含体积分数1.6%的硝酸、硝酸铵、硝酸镍)稀释,测定精度可与火焰法媲美。特征含量20pg;检出限46pg(K=3);线性范围0~20μg/L;相对标准偏差(n=11)3.4%;加标回收率92.5%~125%。方法可靠,结果满意。In this paper Mo in pregnant woman serum are determined by GFAAS with matrix modifier.The pyrolysis coating graphite tube was used.Calcium fluoride was used as matrix modifier and the psyctic sequence were upsteped in the dry ash step.The serum was diluted by 0.3% TritonX 100(with 1.6% HNO 3,NH 4NO 3,Ni(NO 3) 2).The precision of the method was as good as that of atomic absorption flame spectrometry.The characteristic concentrations of Mo was 20 pg,the detective limit was 46 pg (K=3),linear range is 0~20 μg/L,relative standard deriation is 3.4%(n=11),the standard recovery was 92.5%~125%.This method was reliable and the result was satisfying.
