广州市社区老年人伤害发生现况及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解广州市社区老年人伤害发生的现况,探讨其伤害发生的影响因素。[方法]整群抽取广州市某社区60岁以上老年人110人,对其过去1年内伤害的发生现况及其相关因素进行问卷调查,采用SPSS13.0进行统计分析。[结果]广州某社区老年人伤害的发生率为20.6%,以跌落伤为主,占50.0%,其次为自杀、烫伤及心理精神打击,各占13.6%。4月份多发(Z=3.75,P﹤0.05),占35.0%;家中发生居多,为68.2%;伤害发生者的平均年龄(73.23±7.90岁)高于无发生者(68.22±6.14岁,P=0.002),生理健康得分(222.00±54.98)、心理健康得分(278.82±66.63)分别低于未发生伤害者(316.67±55.90、329.42±50.86,P﹤0.05)。[结论]广州某社区老年人伤害的发生水平较高,以跌落伤为主,与其年龄、活动场所、季节以及生理、心理健康状况有关。预防老年人跌落伤,关注年长者居家环境的安全,改善老年人生理和心理健康等至关重要。[Objective] To investigate the situation of injury and the influential factors among the elderly in Guangzhou community. [Methods] Through cluster sampling,110 aged people who more than 60 years old,completed a self-adminis-tered questionnaire concerning injury and the influential factors one year ago. Applied SPSS13.0 for statistical analysis. [Results] The overall injury rate was 20.6% among aged people,while the highest one being falls （50%）,suicide,burns and psychological hurt followed. Most injuries occurred at home （68.2%）,happened in April （Z = 3.75,P﹤0.05）. The average age of injured group （73.23 ± 7.90） was higher than the non-injured one （68.22 ± 6.14） （t = 3.20,P = 0.002）,the physical and psychological health of the non-injured elderly were better than the injured elderly.The marks of physical and psychological health in injured group were 222.00±54.98 and 278.82±66.63,which in the non-injured group were 316.67±55.90 and 329.42±50.86 （P﹤0.05）. [Conclusion] The incidence of injury among elderly in this community is high and falls account for high proportion. The high ratio is close to their age,activities place,physical and psychological health status. It is all-important for the elderly to prevent falls among elderly,strengthen the safety of home environment of elderly and improve physical and psychological health in turn of cutting down the injury rate.
