成都市双流县犬只管理及狂犬病现状调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析成都市双流县的犬只管理状况及犬伤人群暴露后采取的处理措施,为成都市狂犬病疫情控制提供相关依据。[方法]采用2级抽样的方式,随机抽取成都市双流县三星镇井石村和双堰村作为研究单位,通过入户调查研究,对村内犬只的防疫情况及犬伤人群暴露后采取的处理措施进行调查及分析。[结果]调查的4085名村民中,有166人曾被犬咬伤;有701户村民豢养犬只,占调查户数的69.6%;94.4%的犬只进行了免疫;暴露地点均在农村,农村流浪犬和有主人犬为主要传染源;47.0%的犬伤人群进行了狂犬疫苗接种;在回答了医疗负担承受能力的637户家庭中,64.4%的村民每年只能承受2000元以下的医疗负担。[结论]农村地区豢养犬只现象普遍、犬只管理逐步规范,但仍存在问题,加之犬伤人群暴露后处置不规范易导致人群狂犬病疫情回升,因此,有关部门应各司其职,建立防制工作的长效管理机制,落实狂犬病综合防治措施。[Objective] To analyze the current situation of dog management and the measures taken to deal with people injured by dogs after exposure so as to provide the related basis for the control of the rabies epidemic in Shuangliu county of Chengdu. [Methods] We selected Jinshi Village and Shuangyan Village of Shuangliu County for investigation by two-stage sampling. Through the indoor study,we investigated and analyzde the vaccination of dogs in the villages and the measures taken to deal with people injured by dogs. [Results] Among the 4085 villagers investigated,166 of them were once bitten by dogs; 701 of them had dogs,accounting for 69.6% ; 94.4% of the dogs were immunized; exposing locations were in rural areas; homeless dogs and home-fed dogs were the main source of infection; 47.0% of people injured by dogs took the rabies vaccination. Among the 637 families answering the questions about medical treatment expense,64.4% of them thought the most they can bear in one year was under 2 000 Yuan. [Conclusion] It is common to feed dogs in rural areas and the gradual standardization of dog management is on the way. Nevertheless,problems still exist and the non-standard treatment after exposure gives birth to possible inter-epidemic between people. Therefore,the relevant departments should play their respective roles,build up a long-term management for the control and prevention,and implement comprehensive prevention and control of rabies.
