摘　　要：[目的]了解如东县医疗机构消毒质量现状,为加强消毒管理,控制医源性感染提供科学依据。[方法]按《消毒技术规范》(2002年版)的要求进行采样检测。[结果]监测样品1065份,合格973份,合格率91.36%;2007、2008年医疗机构消毒质量合格率分别为89.00%和93.60%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.15,P﹤0.05);不同规模医疗机构检测合格率依次为县级97.48%、中心级97.01%、民营88.77%,县级与中心级差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.069,P﹥0.05),但县级、中心级与民营医疗机构差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.36,P﹤0.005);不同监测项目中,以压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率为最高,达100.00%,室内空气最低,为70.71%。[结论]各医疗机构消毒效果质量存在明显差别,今后要切实加强消毒知识培训和技术指导,加大卫生监管力度,才能有效防止医源性感染。[Objective] To understand the current situation on disinfection quality in medical institutions of Rudong county and to provide the scientific proofs for strengthening management and control of iatrogenic infection. [Methods] According to technical standards for disinfection （2002 version）,sampled from the disinfected medical products and defected them. [Results] The specimens were 1 065,eligible specimens were 973,eligible rate was 91.36 percent; the eligible rate was 89.00 percent in 2007 and it was 93.6 percent in 2008 whose difference was statistical significance （χ2 = 7.15,P﹤0.005）; the inspected eligible rate was different in different scale medical institutions that was 97.48 percent in county level medical institutions and that was 93.6 percent in market town medical intuitions and that was 88.77 percent in private medical institutions,there was non-statistical significance in the county level medical institutions compared with market town medical institutions （χ2 = 0.069,P﹥0.005）,there was statistical significance in the county level medical institutions compared with private medical institutions （χ2 = 11.36,P﹤0.005）; the eligible rate of pressure steam sterilizer was 100 percent with the highest in disinfec-tion medical appliances and the eligible rate of room air disinfection was 70.71 percent with the lowest. [Conclusion] So as to effectively control iatrogenic infection,the disinfection quality of different medical institutions is different,the medical institutions should strengthen to train knowledge of disinfection sterilization and to direct techniques of disinfection and sterilization and to increase supervision strength.
