摘　　要：本文针对г4钢目前生产、检验中热处理工艺问题,结合金相组织观察进行分析,提出了今后生产中的罩式炉高温回火工艺制度及检验中的新的调质工艺制度,并要求应该控制г4钢终轧温度及罩式炉单次装炉量。This article puts forward high temperature annealing system in hood-type furnace and new quenching and tempering process system during inspection infuture production > based on heat treat ment process problem during production and inspection of T4 steel at present, in combination with analysis by observing metallographie structure,and require that final rolling temperature of T4 steel and charged quantity in hood-type furnace in one. time be controlled.
