摘  要:攀钢3号高炉(第3代炉役)投产后受到快速旋转布料器布料偏析、料车超极限、卷扬上料能力不足、上料称量误差大和原料筛分能力差、入炉粉末多等问题的困扰,生产能力一直得不到充分发挥。在对这些问题进行系统攻关并逐一解决后,高炉的生产水平不断提高,1997年在原料综合入炉品位为45.88%的条件下,高炉利用系数达到了1.977。The production capacity of the No.3 blast furnace of Panzhihua Iron & Steel Group Co. had not been reached for a long time since it was put into production during its third campaign life -The main problems are as follows:the segregation of burden distribution caused by the fast rotating distributor,the skip going beyond the limit,large weighting error,poor screening ability,too much fines. Since the problems were solved, the production has been progressing . The productivity of 1.977 t/(m3·d) was reached with burden bearing Fe of 45.88%.
