摘　　要：南钢炼铁厂应用系统工程原理,对高炉操作管理系统进行优化,加强了高炉操作管理,明显改善了高炉技术经济指标,1997年高炉利用系数达2.455。During recent years the BF technico-economical index of Nanjing Iron & Steel Group Co. , Ltd.has been greatly improved due to the use of system engineering principle,the productivity reached 2- 455 t/(m3·d) in 1997. The burden structure, management system and equipment level has been optimized.
