金莲花醇提物体外抗甲型流感病毒作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究金莲花醇提物的抗呼吸道甲型流感病毒作用。方法采用鸡胚培养流感病毒,并用鸡红血球凝集试验检测药物对病毒在鸡胚尿囊液中增殖的抑制作用。结果在药物和病毒先在体外直接作用后的共同接种试验中,金莲花醇提物对甲型流感病毒具有体外直接灭活作用;在甲型流感病毒先感染鸡胚后再接种药物试验中,金莲花醇提物可抑制病毒在鸡胚内的增殖。结论金莲花醇提物在体外对甲型流感病毒具有直接杀灭作用,对甲型流感病毒在鸡胚中的增殖具有抑制作用。Objective To study the effect of ethanol extracts from Trollius chinensis Bge. on resisting influenza virus A in respiratory tract. Methods In this study we cultivated influenza virus A in chicken embryo. And the inhibiting effect of viral Proliferation in allantoic fluid of chicken embryo was detected by agglutination test of chicken erythrocyte. Results The ethanol extracts from Trollius chinensis Bge. had the directly extracorporeal inactivated effect to influenza virus A in the study of the common inoculated group, in which drugs and virus were directly reacted in vitro before. The ethanol extract of Trollius chinensis Bge. bad the inhibiting proliferation of influenza virus A in chicken embryo in the group which influenza virus A infected chicken embryo before inoculating drugs. Conclusion The ethanol extract of TroUius chinensis Bge. can directly kill influenza virus A in vitro and inhibit the proliferation of influenza virus A in chicken embryo.
