高效液相色谱法测定心脉神胶囊中大黄素含量

摘　　要：目的建立测定心脉神胶囊中大黄素含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱为Hypersil ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,10μm),流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸(75∶25),检测波长438nm,流速1.2mL/min。结果大黄素质量浓度在0.0022～0.0110g/L范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为A=33111090.9C+396.4,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.35%,RSD为0.96%。结论HPLC法适用于心脉神胶囊中大黄素的含量测定。Objectlve To establish a HPLC method for the assaying of emodin in Xinmaishen Capsule. Methods The assaying was performed on the Hypersil ODS column（150 mm × 4.6 mm, 10 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 02 mol/L phosphoric acid（75 ： 25） with the flow rate of 1.2 mL/min and the detective wavelength at 438 nm. Results The linear sample size range for emodin was 0. 002 2- 0. 011 0 g/L, the equation was A = 33 111 090. 9 C ＋ 396.4（ r = 0. 999 8）. The average recovery was 100.35% （ RSD = 0. 96% ）. Conclusion The method is suitable for the quality control of emodin in Xinmaishen Capsule.
