摘　　要：目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸对肾功能不全患者造影剂相关性肾病(RCIN)的影响。方法随机将125例患者分成两组,对照组62例于造影前1h静脉滴注生理盐水500mL,治疗组63例于造影前24h和造影后24h口服乙酰半胱氨酸600mg,每日2次。所有患者均在造影前、造影后48h查血清肌酐。结果治疗组肌酐增加水平明显低于对照组,RCIN的发生率(32.26%)也明显低于对照组(69.84%)。结论应用乙酰半胱氨酸对于肾功能不全患者RCIN的发生具有较好的保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of acetylcysteine on radiocontrast media-induced nephropathy（RCIN） in the patients with renal function insufficiency. Methods The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Then 0. 9% saline was intravenously dripped at 1 h before contrast administration. At the same time, the patients of the treatment group received oral acetylcysteine 600 mg twice daily before and after contrast administration. Serum creatinine was measured after 48 h of contrast. Results The percent ratio of serum ereatinine in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The occurrence rate of RCIN of the treatment group（32.26% ） was significantly lower than that of the control group（69.84% ）. Conclusion Acetylcysteine has better preventive effect on occurrence of RCIN.
