摘　　要：酒钢球团烧结法生产工艺改善了高炉炉料结构，解决了铁精矿不适宜生产球团矿的问题。投产以来的实践表明，球团烧结法在技术、经济上均优于传统烧结工艺，其扩大了原料使用范围，可大幅度提高低碱度烧结矿的各项生产指标。Jiuquan Steel has developed a new acid agglomeration process—pellet sintering process in order to improve the composition of charge materials for BF and the problems related to using iron ore fine to produce acid agglomeration have been solved It is shown by practice that pellet sintering process is better than traditional agglomeration process in technology and economy This paper describes the details of pellet sintering process,main process parameters and commercial results
