摘　　要：壮医药线点灸疗法是壮医常用的外治法,是将壮药泡制的苎麻线点燃后直接灼灸患者体表的一定穴位或部位以治疗疾病的一种方法。主要介绍该疗法的定义、治疗机理、主要功效、适应症、禁忌症、技术操作规范(药线制备、选穴方法、施术程序、疗程及注意事项)及其应用等。Medicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine is a commonly used external treatment in Zhang medicine. That is, the thread of ramie which infuse by Zhuang drugs is burning and pointing directly on certain point or affected part. This paper mainly introduces the definition, therapeutic mechanism, main efficacy, indication, contraindication , standard operation norm（ preparation of medicated thread, the way of selection points, operation procedure, course of treatment and points for attention） and its application and so on.
