摘  要:目的:研究黄芩苷与大黄酸的超滤适用性。方法:以温度、压力、浓度、超滤膜截留分子量4因素进行正交设计,分别以黄芩苷、大黄酸为检测指标,测定超滤前后药液成分的浓度,计算透过率,观察黄芩苷、大黄酸超滤前后的含量变化。结果:超滤过程中黄芩苷透过率高,药液浓度对透过率具有显著性影响(P<0.05),其余考察因素影响较小;大黄酸透过率高,各考察因素没有显著性影响。结论:黄芩苷、大黄酸超滤过程中浓度发生变化较小,适合超滤。Objective: To study applicability of ultrafiltration of baicalin and rhein. Methods: Component content was selected as detecting indicator.Temperature, pressure, concentration and cut off molecular weight(MWCO) of ultrafihration membrane were selected as factors for orthogonal design method, the concentration was determinated in drug solution before and after using the ultrafihration, and the transmittance was calculated to detect the content variation of baiealin and rhein.Results: Baicalin had high transmittance; the factor of concentration had significant influence on transmittance, the other factorshad little influence; Rhein had high transmittance; each factorhad no significant influence. Conclusion: Ultrafiltrationhad little influence on the concentration of baicalin and rhein, baicalin and rhein were suitable for ultra.filtration.
