摘　　要：外阴白斑是女性外阴皮肤和黏膜组织发生变性及色素改变的一种慢性疾病,1987年ISSVD将其统称为"皮肤和黏膜上皮内非瘤样病变"。该病为世界疑难疾病,现代医学对其发病机理尚不十分明确。王秀霞教授根据多年的临床经验,对于该病的治疗多采用中西药内外合治法,取得较为满意的临床疗效。Leukoplakia vulvae is a kind of chronic disease, which takes the skin and Mucosa forming degeneration and Pigment alteration as the clinical manifestatio.The ISSVD named it after ＂nonneoplastie epithelial disorders of skin and mucosa＂ in 1987. This disease is a kind of a difficulty disease in the world, the mechanism of which has not been explicit yet. According to several years of clinical experience, Professor WANG Xiu-xia takes the methods of combining Chinese traditional medicine and western medicine, and combining oral application with external application to treat leukoplakia vulvae, which has achieved a satisfactory therapeutic effect.
