陆肇中教授治疗白塞氏综合征经验举隅

摘　　要：白塞氏综合征相当于祖国医学中的"狐惑病",病程缠绵难愈,多认为其与血热、湿毒有关。现代医学对其病因尚不明确。著名老中医陆肇中教授对此病有深刻的研究,用"陆氏凉血活血、清湿毒、化痰核通络、溶栓汤"治疗该病症,临床取得良好疗效,将陆老治疗白塞氏综合征病案作一介绍。Behcet＇s Disease is corresponding to ＂Huhuo disease＂ of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is difficult to cure and has a long disease course, and is mostly considered to be relevant to blood-heat, dampness and toxin. Modem medicine has not a clear view on its pathogeny yet. Professor LU Zhao-zhong, a veteran practioner of TCM, has profound study on the disease, and treats it with LU＇s decoction of cooling blood and promoting blood circulation, cleaning dampness and toxin, resolving phlegm and freeing channel, dissolving thrombus, which has got good clinical efficacy. This article will introduce professor LU＇s clinic cases on treatment of Behcet＇s Disease.
