摘 要:目的:了解淫鹑方对上呼吸道感染的治疗效果并探讨其药理作用机制。方法:临床收集了20例反复呼吸道感染患者作为检测、治疗对象,检测其T淋巴细胞亚型及血液流变学,应用淫鹑方治疗4周后,再次检测其T淋巴细胞亚型及血液流变学。比较治疗前后二者的变化。结果:反复呼吸道感染患者的CD3+、CD4+淋巴细胞明显低于正常人群(P<0.01或P<0.05);CD8+淋巴细胞则明显高于正常人群(P<0.05);用药后反复呼吸道感染患者的CD3+、CD4+淋巴细胞百分比与用药前相比较明显上升,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。治疗后全血高切流阻,全血中切流阻,全血低切流阻,血浆黏度,聚集指数等各项指标明显低于用药前,有显著统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:淫鹑方对上呼吸道感染患者有确切的治疗效果,能改善患者的免疫功能和血液流变学。Objective:To investigate the effect of yinchufang on the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection and to explore the effect of the mechanism of its pharmacological.Methods:20 repeated lower respiratory tract infections patients with hypoimmunity were collected in clinical for the treatment,after the detection of T lymphocyte subtypes and hemorheology,the application of yingchufan for four weeks,once again testing the T lymphocyte subtypes and blood rheology.Comparison of the two changes before and after treatment.Hesults: CD3+, CD4+ lymphocytes m recurrent resparatory tract infection patients was significantly lower than the healthy young people (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), CD8+ lymphocytes was significantly higher than that of healthy young people (P〈0.05); after treatment compared with before treatment, CD3+, CD4+ lymphocyte percentage of recurrent respiratory tract infection patients increased in statistical significance (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05).After treatment the whole blood high shear flow resistance, shear whole blood flow resistance, whole blood low-shear flow resistance, plasma viscosity, aggregation index and other indicators was significantly lower than the former, there are significant statistical significance (P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Conclusion: yingehufang with a definite therapeutic effect on the upper respiratory tract infection in patients, earl significantly improve the patient's immune function and blood rheology.
