摘　　要：目的:对BD试验失败原因进行分析,明确原因后制定相应对策,以指导工作。方法:对2004年1月～2008年12月BD试验的效果进行分析。结果:监测结果为成功率呈上升趋势。结论:由于操作技术和设备因素等原因造成BD试验失败,提高工作人员的技术水平,加强规范操作,提升素质,完善设备的维护保养,及时排除故障,可提高BD试验的成功率,达到确保医疗安全的目的。Objective ：To anaiyse the failure causes of BD test in order to find the way for the work in the future though making noting. Methods ： The resules of BD test were evaluated from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2008. Result ：The successful rate of BD is was 95.41% in 1 916 cases. Conclusion：There were two failure factors of BD test, ineluing the technique and equipment factor. To effectively improve the successful rote of BD test with proper use and main equipment of the forevacuum steam sterilizer,ensure medical treatment safely.
