双止血带结扎法在浅静脉穿刺中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨单止血带结扎法和双止血带结扎法在静脉穿刺中的临床效果。方法:选取2008年1～12月输液患者112例,用随机数字表法将患者分为实验组和对照组各56例,对照组采用单止血带结扎法,实验组采用双止血带结扎法。比较两组一次穿刺成功率、满意度及不良反应。结果:实验组一次穿刺成功率、满意度高于对照组,而不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有显著统计学意义。结论:双止血带结扎法具有静脉穿刺成功率高、患者满意度高、不良反应少等优点,值得推广。Objective：To explore the application of double tourniquet ligation and single tourniquet ligation in superficial vein puncture. Methods：112 patients from January -December 2008 ,were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups according to numerical table. The control group received single tourniquet ligation ,while the experimental group was treated with double tourniquet ligation. The once successful rate of vein transfu- sion, the satisfaction rate and adverse effect were compared between the two groups. Results：The once successful rate of vein transfusion and the satisfaction rate of patients in observed group were better than that of patients in control group, while adverse effect was contrary. There were significant differences between them. Conclusion ： The clinical results of double tourniquet ligation clearly are better than the pressing method of single tourniquet ligation. Therefore, it is highly recommended and popularized.
