摘  要:目的:了解老年病人入院时的不同心理需求,从而采取有针对性的护理对策。方法:对60例收住三级医院内科老年病人的心理需求进行量化问卷调查。结果:问卷结果提示,老年入院病人心理需求中对护理管理存在一定趋势。结论:护士长是护理管理的主要执行人和决策人,针对老年病人的心理需求特点制定出相应的护理对策,可以改善护患关系,提高护理质量。Objective:To understand the different mental demands of elderly patients when they inhospital,and according to adopt pertinency nursing measures. Methods:Using questionnaire to investigate the different mental acquirements of 60 elderly patinets. Results:There were some trendy in the questionnaire that were found in the elderly patient. Conclusion : As the manager of the nursing team of the department of geriatric medicine, we should set up some special measurement to improve the quality in the nursing clinical job for the elderly.
