摘  要:采用自制的挂汞电极进行了阳极溶出伏安法改换溶出介质的可行性研究。在1mol/LHCl+2mol/L乙二胺溶液中溶出得到再现性较好的Pb2+,Tl+离子的溶出峰。表明改换介质可分离重叠峰,消除共存离子干扰和提高分析灵敏度。以HCl为电解底液,乙二胺溶液为溶出介质时,Pb2+浓度在72×10-8~2.9×10-6mol/L之间与溶出峰高呈线性关系。此方法用于黄铁矿中Pb2+的测定。The feasibility of a HDME made by ourselves has been studied for anodic stripping voltammetry with exchanging medium.This electrode keeps electrodeposited metals at mercury drop from oxidation by air when taken out of solution. It is demonstrated that exchanging medium can separate overlapped peaks, remove interferences of other present ions and get high sensitivity. In the electrolyte of HCl, the height of peak is linear with the concentration of lead(Ⅱ) in the range of 7.2×10 -8 -2.9×10 -6 mol/L when ethylenediamine is used for stripping medium. Effects of simple ions have been tested. This method has been successfully applied to the determination of lead(Ⅱ) in a standard mineral sample with prior separation using hydrosulfuryl cottonfiber.
