摘　　要：为加强新驾驶员培训过程管理，将项目管理技术与新训管理实践相结合，创建了基于项目质量控制图原理的新训质量过程控制方法，设计并推广应用了与之配套的信息系统，实现了新训过程的科学化和精确化管理。In order to strengthen the new driver training process management, this paper combines new driver training project practices with project management skills, and then develops a method of control the process of new driver training quality based on the project quality control chart theory, designs and popularizes the corresponding information system, thus achieves scientific and precise management on new driver training process.
