摘  要:通过对电喷汽油机的暖机过程和稳定怠速工况的排放试验,分析了空燃比、冷却液温度、转速、负荷和点火提前角等参数对怠速排放特性的影响。试验表明:空燃比越大,CO的排放量越小,HC的排放量也随着空燃比的增大而减小,但当过量空气系数入超过1.2时,HC排放反而会随着空燃比的增大而有所增加;冷却液的温度越低,HC和CO的排放量越大;当怠速转速增加时,HC和CO的排放量明显降低;推迟点火提前角会使HC的排放量减小;怠速工况时NOx的排放量较少,但会随着负荷而变化。The emission characteristics of EFI( electronic fuel injection) gasoline engine at idle speed is studied. Experimental results show that the larger AFR( air fuel ratio) is ,the less CO will be discharged, as well as HC. But when the excess air coefficient λ. is larger than 1.2, with the increase of AFR , the discharged of HC will be increased. The lower coolant temperature is, the more HC and CO will be discharged under the circumstances of idle speed. As the idle speed go faster, the less HC and CO will be discharged. To put off ignition advance angle will decrease the discharge amount of HC. Under the circumstances of idle speed, the discharge amount of NOx is lower, but it depends on the change of the load.
