摘　　要：利用灰色层次理论与系统聚类分析技术的优点，构建了基于灰色层次理论的系统聚类分析模型，对相关算法进行了程序化分析，为较好地解决效能评价指标的筛选问题提供了一种新方法，并通过实例进行了说明。By combining the Grey - AHP theory and the advantages of systematical cluster analysis technology, the systematical cluster analysis model is established based on the Grey - AHP theory. It provides a new approach for solving evaluation index screening, a practical example is tested.
