加强军队院校学科梯队建设的思考

摘　　要：总结了军队院校学科梯队的含义及其特点，区分了学科梯队与教研室、教学梯队、课题组的不同，以军事交通学院为例，分析了四级学术岗位人员的基本数据，指出了存在的问题，提出了加强学科梯队建设的建议。It summarizes the meaning and feature of discipline echelon of military academies, differentiates discipline echelon from teaching research room, teaching echelon and task staff. Taking our academy for example , analyzes the basic data of four grades academy echelon, points out the problems and brings forward suggestions on contracting the discipline echelon.
