电控多点喷射LPG/柴油双燃料发动机的改装设计

摘  要:为了在直喷柴油机上实现柴油与液化石油气(LPG)高效混燃,充分发挥LPG优越的理化特性和燃烧特性,专门研制了双核电控单元(ECU),建立了相应的控制模型,设计了LPG电控喷射系统,对295T直喷柴油机实现了电控多点喷射LPG/柴油双燃料发动机改装。在相同条件下,以改装后的发动机为试验装置,分别燃用柴油和LPG/柴油双燃料进行了台架性能试验。试验结果表明:改装后的LPG/柴油双燃料发动机与原机(燃用纯柴油时的发动机)相比,动力性能略有提高,热效率提高,当量燃油消耗率降低。To achieve efficient mixed combustion of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and diesel in a direct injection (DI) diesel engine, and to develop adequately the advantageous physicochemical and combustion characteristics of LPG. A special dual -core electronic control unit (ECU) with control model and LPG electronic control injection system was developed, by which a 295T DI diesel engine was successfully refitted into a LPG/diesel dual - fuel engine with electronically controlled multi - point injection. Taking diesel oil and LPG / diesel as fuel respectively, under the same condition, performance tests of the modified engine had been done. Test results indicate that the refitted LPG/diesel dual fuel engine has a slightly higher power performance, a higher thermal efficiency and lower equivalent fuel consumption compared with the original diesel engine.
