摘　　要：利用自行设计的秸秆粉碎试验台,通过正交试验对影响粉碎质量和粉碎功耗的主要因素—壳体包角、刀辊转速以及动定刀间隙等进行了分析,得出各个因素影响的次序及每个因素的最佳水平,从而为秸秆还田机设计提供了依据。In this paper , taking shell angle, the rotational speed of blade - axle and distances of rotatory blade and fixed blade as elements, taking the smashing performance and power requirement as objects to analyse , by the orthogonal test of sweatstalks on the smashing test device , the author set up the sequence of these factors and their best level. The results have value for smashing device of the stalk macerator.
