摘 要:利用甘蔗切割综合试验台,采用二次回归正交旋转设计方法,对影响甘蔗切割破头率的因素进行了室内物理模拟试验研究,建立了不同工况下切割器结构因素及地面不平度引起的振动因素对工作性能指标影响的数学模型。在此模型基础上,采用数理统计方法及优化技术,在频率、振幅取最小值和不同工况条件下,对结构因素进行了优化,同时进行了综合优化。结果表明,频率与振幅对破头率影响大,优化后的切割器工作参数降低了破头率。Using sugarcane compositive test - bed and adopting design , experiment study on the affecting factors of broken rate the method of quadratic regression orthogonal rotatable was carried out by means of indoor physical simulation experiment. The mathematical regression equation models was established between affecting factors and the broken rate. Based on these models, the working parameters of sugarcane cutter was optimized when frequency and amplitude are small in different working status. At the same time, a synthetical optimization was also carried. The results show that frequency and amplitude have a great effect on rate of broken biennial root. Under the combination of synthetical optimization factors, the broken rate is reduced.
