摘 要:分别以活性炭、陶粒和聚氨酯为载体,在连续运行条件下,探讨了生物滴滤塔去除沼气中硫化氢过程中压降的变化规律。试验结果表明:随着运行时间延长,各载体组的压降逐渐增大,最后活性炭产生的压降最大(520Pa),其次为陶粒(480Pa),聚氨酯(343Pa)最小。压降沿载体层不均匀分布,其中滴滤塔底层的压降增加幅度最大,向上依次降低。聚氨酯压缩严重引起了压降较大的变化。3种载体的压降随着进气量的增大都成正比增加。The changes of pressure drop of bio - trickling filter on removal of hydrogen Sulfide in biogas was analyzed, under the condition of continuous operation with activated carbon, ceramist, and polyurethane as carriers. The results showed that the pressure drop of all the three systems increased with time, in the end of operation the activated carbon system achieved the maximum pressure drop of 520 Pa, followed by ceramist of 480 Pa, and polyurethane minimum of 343 Pa. The bottom layer of bio - trickling reactor got the maximum of pressure drop, and the pressure drop decreased with the increasing of height. The compression of polyurethane played an important role in its pressure drop. The pressure drop of all the three systems increased proportional with the increasing inlet flow.
