四辊组合孔型的计算机辅助优化设计

摘　　要：利用鞍山钢铁学院Φ２７０四辊组合孔型轧机，采用圆→方全主动、方→圆全被动式，试轧了圆铜。在实验的基础上，用工程近似法推导出在四辊组合孔型轧制圆系统产品时的力能参数，建立了轧制圆型系统产品的计算机辅助孔型及优化设计。通过实验验证，采用此系统进行优化设计，轧制能耗可比原来降低９％左右。Using Φ 270 four combined roll pass mill,the experiments were made during four roll combined roll pass.On the base of experiments,the author deduced some power energy parameters of round bar in four roll pass system,established the computer aided roll pass design.It showes that the energy consumption would decrease about 9% ,if we used this program.
