摘　　要：介绍顶级百货店的由来和特点,对国内已有案例进行调研分析,并以青岛海信广场设计为例,详细探讨了顶级百货店设计中的选址、规模、公共空间、建筑形象等问题,最后针对规范中的某些问题提出质疑。Giving introduction to the origin and identities of top-level department store and taking Qingdao Hisense Plaza design as example, this paper makes analysis of the investigation of existed domestic cases and expatiations on site selection, scale, public space and architectural image around top-level department store design. Furthermore, it queries some problems about norms.
