摘　　要：通过组成设计，以Ｓｉ、Ａｌ和Ｙ２Ｏ３为原料，Ｓｉ３Ｎ４为稀释剂，利用燃烧合成法制备了Ｙ－α／β－Ｓｉａｌｏｎ粉末。用ＸＲＤ、化学分析法分别研究了α－Ｓｉａｌｏｎ、β－Ｓｉａｌｏｎ相组成和游离硅含量，讨论了氮气压力、稀释剂含量对生成物Ｙ－α／β－Ｓｉａｌｏｎ中的相含量及其显微结构的影响。Abstract Polyphase Y-α/β-Sialon powders were prepared by self-propagating high temperature synthesis method,with Si,Al,Y 2O 3 and Si 3N 4 as raw materials under high nitrogen pressure.The effects of nitrogen pressure and the amount of diluent on α′,β′phase compositions and the amount of free Si was studied in detail.
