摘　　要：介绍了ＢＪ２１２车前桥用高强度高精度厚壁焊管的技术条件、试制工艺过程及结果，分析了新工艺的技术难点及解决措施，阐述了汽车行业中以焊管代替无缝钢管的重要意义，并得出结论：①我国已具备汽车用高强度高精度厚壁焊管的生产条件（技术和设备）；②在汽车领域，以相对薄壁的焊管代替无缝钢管不仅可行而且效益显著。The technological requirements, developing process and result of the high strength, high precision and thick wall welded pipe for the front axle of BJ212 are presented. The difficult points of the developing process are analyzed, the solutions are given and the significance of substituting welded steel pipe for seamless pipe for automobile is elaborated. The conclusions are: ① China has the technology and equipment for manufacturing high strength high precision and thick wall welded pipe for automobile; ② It is feasible to substituting relatively thin wall welded pipe for seamless pipe for automobile and the benefit is notable.
