摘　　要：目的：探讨军队老年人代谢综合征依从性,为疾病预防提供依据。方法：对157例代谢综合征（MS）采用入户问卷调查。结果：主动随诊49例（31.2%）;对MS管理计划理解43例（27.4%）;6069岁年龄组主动随诊及对疾病管理计划理解优于其他年龄组;≥80岁年龄组血糖控制率低于其他年龄组,体重指数控制率高于其他2个年龄组。结论：仍有相当数量的MS患者对自身疾病不重视,血糖、血脂控制率有待提高,对疾病认识不足是影响正确治疗的重要因素。Objective：To investigate the compliance of the elderly in army with metabolic syndrome and provide basis for the prevention of the disease.Methods：A total of 157 patients with metabolic syndrome（MS） were investigated by questionnaire survey.Results：Fourty-nine patients（31.2%） followed up willingly and 43 patients（27.4%） understood the MS management plan,the patients in the group of 60 to 69 years old were better than other groups.The blood sugar control rate in the group of older than 80 years was lower,while the body mass index was higher than those of the other two groups.Conclusion：Many patients with MS don＇ t pay attention to their diseases,whose control rate of blood sugar and blood lipid need to be improved.The shortage of disease knowledge is an important factor influencing therapeutic effects.
