车前番泻复合颗粒治疗功能性便秘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察车前番泻复合颗粒治疗功能性便秘的有效性和安全性。方法将80例确诊为功能性便秘患者分为两组,每组40例。治疗组给予车前番泻复合颗粒5 g口服,每日1次,对照组则给予淀粉颗粒5 g口服,每日1次,共2周,观察两组患者治疗前后排便次数、大便性状、排便困难症状评分、伴随症状评分、胃肠传输时间及不良反应。结果对照组排便次数、大便性状、排便困难症状评分、伴随症状评分、胃肠传输时间治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治疗组上述各指标治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗后两组上述指标比较,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均无明显不良反应发生。结论车前番泻复合颗粒能显著增加功能性便秘患者的排便次数、改变大便性状、缓解排便困难症状及伴随症状、缩短胃肠传输时间,并具有较好的安全性和耐受性。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Compound Plantain-Senna Granule（CPSG） in the treatment of functional constipation.Methods Eighty patients with confirmed diagnosis of functional constipation were assigned to 2 groups.The 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with CPSG 5 g per day,while the 40 patients in the control group were treated with equal volume of starch granule,for 2 weeks totally.The defecating frequency and stool property,the scores of fecal discharge difficulty and accompanied symptoms,the gastrointestinal transmission time,and adverse reaction of treatment in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results Parameters of defecating frequency,stool property,the scores of fecal discharge difficulty,accompanied symptoms and the gastrointestinal tranmission time were unchanged after treatment in the control group（P〉0.05）;while in the treatment group,they improved significantly（P〈0.05） and showed significant difference to those in the control group respectively（P〈0.05）.No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion CPSG can obviously increase the defecating frequency,change the stool property,alleviate the fecal discharging difficult symptom and accompanied symptom,and shorten the gastrointestinal transmission time in patients with functional constipation with good security and tolerability.
