摘  要:研究了45钢单一渗硼和添加Nd2O3稀土渗硼,两种方法得到的渗硼层都是由FeB和Fe2B两相组成,但Fe2B相的比例随着渗剂中Nd2O3含量的增加而增加。当渗剂中Nd2O3含量为5%时,渗硼层最厚达到135μm,增加50%。比较不加稀土渗硼试样和添加5%稀土渗硼试样的磨损实验结果可知:载荷小于90N时,5%稀土试样的磨损率高于不加稀土试样的磨损率,而在高载荷下情况相反;低载荷时,5%稀土试样的摩擦系数低于不加稀土试样,载荷超过90N后,两者基本一致。与未处理试样相比,两种方式得到的渗硼试样,在HCl 5 vol%溶液中的腐蚀电位变化不明显,但能显著降低腐蚀电流密度,从而降低腐蚀速率。Boronising of 45 steel with and without addition of rare earth was carried out to obtain boride and RE-boride layer.Both boride layer consists of FeB and Fe2B phases,the fraction of Fe2B phase increases with increasing Nd2O3 amount in boriding agent,the thickness of boride layer exhibits a maximum value of 135μm as Nd2O3 content is 5%.Comparison between wear results of the RE-boronised and non RE-boronised specimens reveals that 5% RE-boronised samples exhibit a higher wear rate than that of the non RE-boronised ones as the applied load is lower than 90 N,the reverse is true at high load.5% RE-boronised samples show a lower coefficient of friction than that of the non RE-boronised ones under lower load condition,and both of them are almost the same as the applied load is higher than 90 N.As compared to the untreated samples, both RE-boronised and non RE-boronised specimens show almost the same corrosion potential in 5 vol% HCl solution,but the corrosion current densities decrease significantly,consequently the corrosion rates are dropped.
