益气养阴活血利水法对兔视网膜脱离后视网膜复位的影响

摘　　要：目的研究益气养阴活血利水之复明片对兔实验性视网膜脱离(retinal detachment,RD)后视网膜复位的影响。方法将36只有色家兔随机分为正常对照组(A组)、模型组(B组)、西药对照组(C组)、复明片组(D组),每组9只。B、C、D组制作视网膜脱离模型。造模后第1天下午开始给药,A组与B组均予温开水灌胃,5ml/kg·体重,1次/天;C组予西药混合溶液灌胃,5ml/kg·体重,1次/天;D组予复明片混悬液灌胃,5ml/kg·体重,1次/天。于造模后1天、7天、14天、21天行眼底照相检查,观察眼底裂孔闭合、RD范围、视网膜下液(Subretinal Fluid,SRF)吸收、视网膜下出血、视网膜下增殖条索及粗略查屈光间质情况;并于造模后1天、7天、14天、21天行B超检查,观察玻璃体后脱离、RD、视网膜下增殖条索情况。结果益气养阴活血利水之复明片能促进SRF及视网膜下出血的吸收,促进视网膜神经上皮层与色素上皮(RPE)细胞层重新贴附。结论益气养阴活血利水之复明片有促进兔视网膜脱离后的视网膜复位的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Fuming Tablets of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Lishui functions on retinal reattachment after retinal detachment of rabbit. METHODS Thirty-six colorful rabbits were randomly divided into group A：normal group,group B：model group,group C：western medicine group,group D：Fuming Tablets group. Each group had 9 rabbits. Group B,C,D were made retinal detachment model. One day after models were made,all rabbits were given medicine. Group A and B were administered 5ml intragastric warm water,dayly per kilo of body weight; Group C was administered 5ml intragastric western medicine,daily per kilo of body weight; Group D was administered 5ml intragastric Fuming Tablets suspension,daily per kilo of body weight. Then on the 1st day,the 7th,14th and 21st days after the model was made,all models were checked by fundus photograph respectively to observe fundus hole,RD scope,absorption of SRF,subretina proliferation and refractive media. All models were checked by ultrasonic B test respectively to observe posterior detachment of vitreous,RD and subretina proliferation on the 1st day,the 7th,14th and 21st days after the model was made. RESULTS Fuming Tablets of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Lishui functions could promote the absorption of the SRF and the retina bleeding,and increase the reattaching of neurosensory retina and RPE. CONCLUSIONS Fuming Tablets of Yiqi Yangyin and Huoxue Lishui functions had the effect of reattaching the retina after retinal detachment of rabbit.
