摘　　要：在慢性病毒性肝炎治疗中，IFN通过与细胞表面特异性受体结合发挥其抗病毒和免疫调节效直的作用。作为关键环节的IFN受体与慢性病毒性肝炎的易感性和治疗效果密切相关，此文对IFN受体与慢性病毒性肝炎的相关性研究作了综述。Interferon plays an important role in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis through its anti-viral and immunomodulatory effects with binding interferon receptor. The interferon receptor refers to people＇ s susceptibility for chronic viral hepatitis infection as well as therapeutic effect of interferon. The relevant research on interferon receptor and chronic viral hepatitis is described in this review.
