摘　　要：Toll样受体（TLRs）在抗病毒固有免疫应答中起着重要作用，并指导和调节适应性免疫庄答。HBV是引起慢性病毒性肝炎的主要病原体，其引起慢性乙型肝炎的机制尚不清楚。此文对TLRs介导的同有免疫应答与慢性乙型肝炎的发生及其在抗HBV中所起的作用和机制作了综述。Toll-like receptors（TLRs） play an important role in antiviral innate immunity and modulate the adaptive immunity. HBV is the main pathogen to cause chronic hepatitis B and its pathogensis mechanism is still unclear. In the article, recent advances of the TLRs mediated innate immunity and its role in anti-HBV immunity are reviewed.
