枸杞多糖对家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块组织结构的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨枸杞多糖对家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块组织结构的影响。方法:将30只健康雄性新西兰大白兔按体重随机分为三组:模型组,自然消退组,枸杞多糖组,每组10只。各组均先用高胆固醇饮食喂养十周,十周后模型组继续喂养高胆固醇饮食,自然消退组喂养普通饮食,枸杞多糖组喂养普通饮食+50mg/kg,第二十周处死全部实验动物取主动脉胸部做HE染色,sma免疫组化染色,masson染色,进行病理分析和数据统计。结果:枸杞多糖组与自然消退组比较,斑块面积更小(P<0.05),sma含量更少(P<0.05),胶原纤维与弹性纤维的比例接近正常(P<0.05)。结论:枸杞多糖能够减轻高脂饮食家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块的病变,改变其组织结构,进而增强动脉粥样硬化斑块的稳定性。Objective:Discuss influence of Chinese matrimony-vine polysaccharide on domestic rabbit atherosclerosis mottling organizational structure.Methods:30 healthy male New Zealand big white rabbits were Divide into three groups stochastically according to the body weight: Model group,nature retrogression group,Chinese matrimony-vine polysaccharide group,each group contsining ten.Each group first uses the high cholesterol diet to feed for ten weeks,ten weeks later the model group continues to feed the high cholesterol diet, the nature retrogression group feeds the ordinary diet, the Chinese matrimony - vine polysaccharide group feeds ordina- ry diet + 50mg/kg, the 20th everywhere dies the experimental animal to take the aorta chest to make HE completely to dye, the smaimmunity group dyeing, masson dyes, carries on the pathology analysis and the data statistics. Results:Finally the Chinese matrimony - vine polysaccharide group and the nature retrogression group were compared. The mottling area was smaller ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , the sma content less ( P 〈0. 05 ), collagenous fibre and elastic fiber proportion close normal ( P 〈0. 05 ). Conclusion : Chinese matrimony - vine polysaccharide can reduce the high fat diet domestic rabbit atherosclerosis mottling the pathological change and change its organizational structure, then enhancement atherosclerosis mottling stability.
