选择性破坏胰岛A细胞致大鼠心率变化的研究

摘  要:目的:观察胰岛A细胞被选择性破坏后大鼠心率的变化,探讨胰腺A细胞和心迷走神经之间的关系。方法:用皮下注射硝酸钴方法选择性破坏大鼠胰岛A细胞,并动态观察注药后大鼠心率变化。结果:与正常组相比,注钴后大鼠心率明显加快,并且在3、4、5天时心率加快有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:破坏胰岛A细胞后大鼠心率加快,该结果提示,在正常机体内胰岛A细胞能使心迷走神经的紧张性提高。Objective:To discuss the relation between A-cell of pancreatic islets and cardiac vagus by observing the change of the rat heart rate after destroying A-cell of pancreatic islets.Methods:To selectively destroy the rats A-cell of pancreatic islets,the method of injecting cobaltous nitrate subcutaneously was used.Then we observed the changes of the rat heart rate dynamically.Results:Compared with the normal group,the rat heart rate speeds up obviously after injecting the cobalt nitrate and elevated levels in the 3rd ,4th and 5th day groups have the statistical significance ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The resuhs show that destroying the rat A - cell of pancreatic islets speed up the rat heart rate and this indicates that A - cell of pancreatic islets could increase the tonicity of cardiac vagus nerve in the normal condition.
