摘  要:目的初步探索饮水中高碘摄入是否与人群中血压异常升高存在流行病学关联。方法采用生态学研究和横断面调查研究的方法,比较高碘地区和对照地区居民血压水平差异,并且通过分层分析排除年龄、性别的影响;比较两地区血压异常检出率,得到居住地区与血压异常升高的RR值及其95%可信区间。结果高碘地区居民收缩压、舒张压、脉压水平均显著高于对照地区居民;高碘地区的血压异常检出率(33.08%)显著大于对照地区血压异常检出率(23.22%);高碘地区居民血压异常升高的RR值为1.48,RR95%可信区间为1.20~1.83。结论长期居住在高碘地区使血压异常升高的风险增加,高碘摄入可能是引起高血压患病风险增加的危险因素。Objective To explore preliminarily the existence of epidemiological association between iodine excess intake and abnormal increase of blood pressure ( BP). Methods By Ecology and Cross - sectional study, this research contrasted the BP in iodine excess region to the control, further compared the rate of BP abnormal increase between two areas, and acquired the corresponding RR and 95% confidence interval. Results SBP,DBP,pulse pressure of the residents who live in iodine excess re- gion are significantly higher than those who live in the normal iodine region; the abnormal increasing rate of BP (33.08%) in iodine excess region is ; apparently higher than that of the normal iodine region (23.22%), and its RR is 1.48 with 1.20 ~ 1.83 of 95% confidence interval. Condusion Long - term habitation in iodine excess region increases the risk of hypertension, in which iodine excess intake may serves as one of the risk factors.
