益气活血方药对D-半乳糖拟衰老大鼠免疫器官质量及大脑皮层SOD、MDA的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨益气药、活血药在抗衰老过程中发挥的不同作用及机制。方法通过腹腔注射D-半乳糖(D-gal)建立大鼠衰老模型,同时模型给药组按不同剂量灌饲中药。50d后处死检测其胸腺、脾脏的重量,大脑皮层超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果与模型组相比给药各组胸腺和脾脏重量均有增加(P<0.05)。与模型组相比各给药组均显著提高大脑皮层SOD活性(P<0.01),降低MDA的含量(P<0.01),但作用有差别。结论益气药、活血药在延缓衰老中发挥的作用各有侧重,合理剂量、共同使用效果最佳。Objective To observe the impact of the Formula Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation on playing different rules about anti-aging and to investigate its mechanisms. Methods The model groups were established by abdomen injection with D-gal. At the same time, the model dosage groups were administered with Formula Benefiting Qi and Activating Blood Circulation according to different dosage. After treatment 50 d, the weights of spleen and thymus glands were tested, and the levels of SOD and MDA of cortex were measured. Resuits The weights of spleens and thymus glands of rats in the dosage groups were increased compared with those in the model group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Compared with those of the model group, the levels of SOD were elevated more greatly （P 〈 0. 01 ） and the levels of MDA were decreased （ P 〈 0. 01 ） in the dosage groups, but the function was different. Conclusions Benefiting Qi drug and Activating Blood drug plays the different role in the anti-aging aspect, using the two kinds of medicine together in a proper dosage is more potent than using only one kind.
