阿胶对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察阿胶含药血清对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞增殖、分化功能的影响。方法应用MTT法观察阿胶对体外培养成骨细胞增殖功能的影响,ELISA法观察阿胶对体外培养成骨细胞ALP含量的影响。结果三个剂量组的阿胶含药血清对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖无促进作用,但对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞内ALP的合成有明显的促进作用。结论阿胶对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的增殖无促进作用,但能促进体外培养大鼠成骨细胞的分化功能。Objective To observe the effect of the medicine-containing blood serum of Ejiao on the muhiplieative and differentiative function of the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro. Methods MTF method was used to observe the effect of Ejiao on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast and ELISA metod was adopted to observe the effect of Ejiao on ALP content of the osteoblast. Results The medicine-containing blood serum of the three dosage groups of Ejiao had no promotive effect on the muhiplicative function of osteoblast, but it had obvious promotive effect on the ALP synthesis inside the osteoblast. Conclusions Ejiao has no promotive effect on the multiplicative function of the osteoblast, but has differentiative function on the osteoblast of wistar rats cultured in vitro.
